This is the latest custom release for DoD:S
http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/23112
It's called u471, a detonation map. Very well done.

I just love this map, it's the kind you can play over and over again.

Could be laggy. Going to test this some more. Great rifle map. A thin forest with bunkers and towers on each side of the forest. A moat in the middle makes for a quick hide away for sneaking and flanking the enemy. A tunnel runs under ground parallel to the frontline about the middle of the map not far from the moat. Watch out for hl2 explodable oil barrels.

Great lay out. Texture city however, may be taxing on some computers.
Everyone should try it out.

I still like the Omaha Beach v32 map...it is a smaller map than strand and there are no explosives...you cap 4 flags...1 three man, and the rest are 2 man flags I think. I can't find it on fpsbanana but here is a link to a You Tube fraps...
It needs a decent population and lots of teamwork to cap/defend flags...but it is a lot of fun!
Might be something to check out and use when the pop gets up and regular!

You can always go find a random server playing it, download it, then upload it for us.
