General location: Just the state/country you live in, nothing too specific
Tracert log: Providing a tracert is optional, and we recommend not including your actual IP for security purposes. This helps us to track any potential connection issues.
** To complete a tracert on Windows: Open your CMD program. This can be found by a quick search on most modern Windows OS. Once the command prompt appears, simply type in tracert 51.81.48.224 ** Photo attached of an example ** You can highlight and select all info from the tracert and paste it.
