[Highway Man]

here lately my computer screen will randomly flash Red,Green,Blue White and Black....I've read it has something to do with the drivers, but I don't know where to start....to fix the problem?
Dell,Windows 10, computer and screen in 1 unit.

I'm fixin ta fix it some time soon...unless I start fixin up somethin else that needs fixin..if not, then I'm fixin too.
